If you can't see the size you want in our range of chalkboards (framed, unframed or free-standing), let us know what size you need and we'll make it to order for you. For Framed Chalkboards, you can also choose the thickness of the frame and the colour of the stain.

Shaped Chalkboards

The Chalkboards UK website offers a wide range of Shaped Chalkboards, covering a host of applications and trades. If you can't see the shape you want, e-mail us with your suggestions - you never know, it might become a stock item! If it does, we'll give you a voucher code to save money on the website.

Custom Chalkboard Design Service

At Chalkboards UK, we manufacture all of our wooden chalkboard products at our facility in Stourbridge. There's a fully equipped Wood Shop, including CNC Routers, panel and radial arm saws, mitre saws, tenoners, under-pinners, pillar drills and sanders. We also have our own Print Department where we offer screen printing, foil blocking, heat transfer, stencilling, branding and our new laser engraving service. In all we employ over 50 people. Our excellent facilities allow us to work with clients to develop unique products that are 'fit for purpose'. Finished pre-production samples can be made in a fraction of the time it takes for similar samples to arrive from the Far East; and once approved, can go straight into production.

We had a fantastic response to our first ever combined #ChalkPics and #BoxPics Competition, with over 40 new photos submitted.

Thank you to everyone who took part.

The winner is this great picture of our children's chalkboards in a garden play area with our stained rustic crates in the foreground.

It's a great idea for the kids, who are evidently enjoying their part of the garden immensely.

Back in March 2016, Gina Everett asked us if we'd be happy to lend her two of our rustic wooden crates for her exhibition stand - read on, and you'll see why we were happy to give them to her.

Gina runs her own interior design business - Create Perfect - and had booked a space at Grand Designs Live at Excel in London. The theme of her stand design was 'Inspired by Famous Places That Never Existed - The Secret Garden' and she need two of our crates as part of the design.

We were happy to send them to Gina ready for the show, which started on Saturday 30th April, finishing on Sunday 8th May - for anyone who's worked at an exhibition before, that's a very tiring 9 days, especially with the build and dismantling days to take into account too!

However, the show was great success for Gina and for Chalkboards UK. The stand carried a graphic with all of the participating companies highlighted, plus Gina very kindly told everyone who asked where she got her rustic wooden crates from.

Gina's now taken the crates to her new home and will be sending us some pics of where they've ended up when it's been refurbished - designed by Gina no doubt!

We had a great response to the April #ChalkPics competition, with 20 new pics of our products being use all over the country.
